SIGNIFICANT ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Managed the discovery and development of the Rabbit Creek, Lone Tree and Trenton Canyon gold deposits and participated, via joint venture, in the discovery and development of the Marigold, North Peak, Cipoeira and Gold Hill gold deposits as well as the Trinity silver deposit. Managed the development of resource to reserve at the Twin Creeks, Mule Canyon, Valmy and Mesquite gold deposits. Cumulatively, these activities resulted in the creation of over 15 mm ounces of gold reserves within a 12-year period and North America's fifth largest gold mining company, which produced over 850,000 oz of gold during 1996.
Managed the consolidation of Gold Fields Mining Corp's US exploration staff with Santa Fe's US exploration staff after completion of the Hansen PLC/Santa Fe Asset Exchange in 1993. Member of the Executive Due Diligence team that evaluated the Homestake Mining Co. and Newmont Gold Co. offers to acquire Santa Fe via merger in late 1996 and early 1997.

Eric is a professional geologist with approximately 29 years experience based mainly in Nevada. He has run drill campaigns (most recently the Pinson Project for Homestake Mining Company) and been involved in developing and managing innovative regional exploration programs. He has been involved in the discovery and development of several mines in Nevada. Eric's expertise is in hydrothermal metal mineralization, as well as geothermal research and exploration. Eric is a graduate of the Dartmouth University Geosciences Department.
RESOURCE EXPLORATION ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Delineation of Hydrothermal Metals Deposits
- Developed geologic models from drilling data at the Lone Tree, Trenton Canyon, Valmy, and Pinson Mines in northern Nevada.
- Designed and managed multi-rig drilling programs utilizing reverse circulation, mud rotary, and core rigs to expand and delineate gold reserves.
- Assembled and managed teams of professionals charged with conducting delineation work.
- Assisted mine engineers in identifying potential reinjection or infiltration sites for effluent from the pit dewatering program at the Lone Tree Mine.
Exploration for Hydrothermal Metals Deposits
- Designed and conducted reconnaissance programs for base and precious metals in the Great Basin, Rocky Mountains, Southwest U.S., and the northern Appalachian Mountains.
- Identified drilling targets by conducting detailed and regional mapping to develop models of likely paleo-hydrothermal flow patterns and sites of metal deposition. Integrated the geologic information with geochemical, geophysical, and remote sensing data to enhance exploration models.
- Discovered metals deposits by designing and implementing early stage reverse circulation, mud rotary, and core drilling programs.
- Designed and performed drill sample logging methods appropriate to the geologic setting of each prospect.
Evaluation of Geothermal Resources and Exploration Methods
- Developed models for structural and lithologic controls on hydrothermal flow patterns by means of detailed mapping in the Corwin Springs-Gardiner area, Montana and at Beowawe and McCoy Springs, Nevada. Conducted Nevada work as a researcher in the DOE Industry-Coupled Program, 1978-1980.
- Managed multidisciplinary team of professionals developing resource models for potential low-temperature geothermal applications at Artesian City, Idaho and Star Valley, Wyoming. Work conducted under DOE Exploration Technology Program, 1980-1981.

| | | Doris Meyer, CGA Position: Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary Mrs. Meyer is a Canadian Certified General Accountant and Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of AuEx Ventures, Inc. Mrs. Meyer gained her experience in the mining industry in performing the role of Vice President, Finance of Queenstake from 1985 to 2003 and Corporate Secretary until 2004. While at Queenstake, she was a part of or led negotiations of joint venture and acquisition agreements, and equity and debt financings. She was a key member of the team that negotiated the acquisition of the Jerritt Canyon mine in Nevada. Ms. Meyer organized her private company; Golden Oak Corporate Services Ltd. in October 2006 with Queenstake as her first client. Since that time Golden Oak has provided publicly traded mineral exploration companies with administrative, financial reporting and corporate compliance services. Ms. Meyer holds the position of Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of several mineral exploration companies trading on the AIM, TSX, TSX Venture and Amex stock exchanges.
